How to Request a Refund
Email support@trycircuflow.com with your order number and a brief note. Our team will respond and process your request — no need to ship anything back; you can keep the product.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Shipping Protection
At checkout you can add Shipping Protection to cover your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. If a protected order is lost or damaged, contact us and we'll replace it or refund it.
